        <![CDATA[1/2 cup All - Purpose Flour<br />
                    2 tablespoons of Secret Spice Seasoning<br />
                    ½ to 1 cup Canola Oil<br />
                    8 thin cut Breakfast-Style Pork Chops<br />
                    1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic, (optional)
                      <p><br /></p><p>Mix flour and Secret Spice Seasoning in a plastic bag, (shake  to combine)<br />
                        Pour it out onto a plate<br />
                        Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet, (medium heat)<br />
                        Make sure that the oil barely covers the bottom of the  skillet<br />
                        Make sure oil is hot, but not smoking<br />
                        Dredge the chops in flour mixture and cook them until done <br />
                        Brown on both sides, (about 5 minutes per side)<br />
                        Place chops on paper towels, serve immediately <br />

1 oz. Vodka<br />
4 oz. tomato juice<br />
Worcestershire sauce<br />
Hot pepper sauce<br />
Celery salt<br />
Lime juice</p>
                      <p>Combine
Secret Spice Seasoning, vodka, and tomato juice with a splash of Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, lime juice, and a dash of celery
salt in a cocktail shaker.<br />
                        Shake until all  ingredients are well mixed.<br />
                        Rim glass with  Secret Spice Seasoning.<br />
                        Fill glass with ice  and pour mixture into glass.<br />
                        Garnish with celery  and pickled string bean.</p>
